I canβt say enough wonderful things about the Childrenβs Emergency Department at Corewell Health in Troy. I took my child there, and from the moment we arrived, the staff took such great care of her. They were kind, compassionate, and worked quickly to relieve her pain and make sure they received the care needed. As a parent, itβs so reassuring to know thereβs a place you can trust when your child needs emergency care. The nurse and entire team were exceptional. I am incredibly grateful for everything they did for my daughter. I highly recommend Corewell Health Troy Childrenβs Emergency Department to any family in need of outstanding pediatric emergency care.

They did a good job this time around with care and services and listening. Very good. I'm happy that the computer systems seemed to make it easier for the staff to keep up with their patients. As there were no hiccups on care except a broken machine. Good job y'all at everything, I'm sooo happy and relieved that people are listening to concerns and attempting to figure them out. Very awesome nursing staff, excellent doctors figuring stuff outπ

It was fine - majority of staff are knowledgeable and kind enough, and they're definitely staffed up, with several nurses and PAs running around checking in on patients. The facility is clean and they've got a lot of fancy equipment they wheel around for vitals and blood work. But while most of the staff were helpful, I was disappointed to hear that my mom - who I brought in around 5:30p and stayed with until about 9:30/10p - didn't get her nighttime medication until 1am.. Why? How does that happen? There are probably reasons, but it just seems like extreme disorganization. I'd also asked the PA (I think?) to give her an additional medication she's prescribed, and it never got administered or even brought over. On top of that, a few of the nurses apparently "didn't know much about the medications and got them confused." I totally get that every nurse/PA may not know everything about every medication on the planet, but come on. I also brought up her elevated blood levels to one of the girls and asked if that would be checked/included in the testing - just wanted her take on it. She responded to me like I was a child (I'm nearly 40 years old with a demanding job, and I'm just tryin

If I could only give negative stars. Sorry this is long but it's needs to be said! My 73-year-old mother was brought to the hospital by ambulance early Sunday morning. The ER staff was actually very good. The doctors there were responsive, and the nurses were incredible. I honestly don't know how this hospital manages to keep nurses this compassionate. My mother calls them her angels. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after she was admitted. The first issue was when they forced an NG tube in so aggressively that she was bleeding from both her nose and into her mouth. Then came the doctors, who seemed to spend no more than two minutes in the room before disappearing. They explained almost nothing unless we specifically asked. Why is it so hard to simply tell a patient, "Here's what we found, where it is, how serious it is, and here's the treatment plan. I'll check on you again tomorrow." Basic communication shouldn't be too much to ask. My mother reached the point where she wanted to ask doctor if he even knew what progress she has made since she has been admitted. Sadly, this isn't a new experience. My late father was treated here last year, right after Corewell took ove

I have had good experiences at this hospital when I have had to use it for emergencies or for services like X-rays or imaging. I personally never had to wait a long time thankfully but do understand others have different experiences. I had to stay overnight recently for monitoring and got to stay in one of the newer rooms that was amazing and comfortable. The nurses were awesome and the food service was excellent!!! It made my stay more comfortable. Keep up the good work.
